In this inspiring prelude to his full, 2-3 hour workshop webinar, Randy will be demo a mountain runoff with the initial colours being laid down wet-in-wet. Randy will show you how, when the early hues start to dry as feathery soft undertones, applications of darker and drier marks will build up stronger value contrasts adjacent to the waterfall’s negative white shape.
You will learn how to create a dynamic and dramatic story by protecting negative shapes, blending and softening some edges while maintaining well defined crisp edges around the centre of interest.
