CLASS I: WINTER
- Winter Landscape

SUMMARY
Participants will learn how to achieve a balanced colour palette to convey a snowy winters’ day in the countryside. The instruction given will be helpful to all students regardless of where they live. Colour variations of fauna may occur in different regions of the world. Advice will be offered.
They will also learn how to convey the specific light that winter offers the landscape painter.
They will also be shown the specific brush techniques that Howard has developed in his own work.

Paper: 140lb.(300gsm) NOT Surface. Watercolour Paper. Size 15” x 11” ( Brand: Saunders or Arches or any personal favourite brand)
Brushes: (x4) 1 inch (25mm) watercolour wash brush / 1 inch (25mm) Flat Brush / A size 6 Pointed round brush / A size 3 or 4 Rigger Brush
Paints: Watercolour (Must be Tube Paints)
